職務概要：

戦略的サプライチェーンコンサルティングおよびビジネス変革
- ターゲット企業のビジネスおよびサプライチェーン上の課題を診断する
- 顧客の事業目標を、実行可能な変革プログラムとロードマップに変換する
- コンサルティング主導の取り組みを通じ、測定可能なビジネス成果を達成する

経営層のステークホルダー管理と影響力の発揮
- Cクラス（経営層）や上級意思決定者と、「信頼されるアドバイザー」としての関係を築く
- 複雑な概念を明確で説得力のあるストーリーへと昇華させる、優れたストーリーテリング能力とコミュニケーション能力を発揮する
- 優先順位が異なる複数のステークホルダー間の合意形成を促進する
- 変革イニシアチブに向けて戦略的決定を導き、経営層からの承認（バイイン）を獲得する

サプライチェーンおよび物流の専門知識
- フォワーディング、倉庫管理、輸送、配送、在庫管理など、エンドツーエンドのサプライチェーン運営全般への深い理解
- サプライチェーン再設計、ネットワーク最適化、物流変革における専門知識
- 国際貿易、キャリアネットワーク、税関、クロスボーダーオペレーションに関する知見
- WMS（倉庫管理システム）、TMS（輸配送管理システム）、ERP、自動化技術などのサプライチェーン関連技術への習熟
- 戦略的な提言を、現場の実務レベルの実行へと繋げる

財務的／商業的洞察力（ビジネスセンス）
- コスト、サービスレベル、リスク、成長性、運用パフォーマンスを含む複雑なトレードオフについて、経営幹部に助言を行う
- ビジネス価値、運用への影響、ROI（投資利益率）、長期的な戦略目標に基づいた提案を行う
- 複雑な商務的ソリューションを構築し、交渉を行う

プログラムおよびプロジェクトのリーダーシップ
- 複雑なサプライチェーン変革、ネットワーク最適化、業務改善プログラムを主導する
- プロジェクトの範囲、スケジュール、リスク、依存関係、リソース、予算、ガバナンスを管理する
- データを活用して機会を特定し、シナリオモデリングを行い、意思決定をサポートする
- ソリューション開発から導入、成果実現（ベネフィット・リアライゼーション）に至るまで、エンドツーエンドの実行を推進する
- プロジェクトが期限内・予算内で完了し、期待されるビジネス成果と合致していることを確実にする

The candidate is a Senior Supply Chain Consultant who will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive decision-makers of target customers, to drive strategic transformations across complex global logistics networks. This role is designed for a high-caliber professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level strategic advisory and hands-on operational execution. By combining deep logistics expertise with a strong financial acumen, the candidate will diagnose complex supply chain bottlenecks, architect end-to-end network redesigns, and lead multi-functional programs to deliver measurable business value.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Supply Chain Consulting & Business Transformation
- Diagnose business and supply chain challenges of target customers.
- Translate customer business objectives into practical transformation programs and roadmaps.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes through consulting-led engagements.

Executive Stakeholder Management & Influence
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Influence strategic decisions, negotiate and secure executive buy-in for transformation initiatives.

Supply Chain & Logistics Expertise
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations – including but not limited to freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, distribution and inventory management.
- Expertise in supply chain redesign, network optimization, and logistics transformation.
- Knowledge of global trade, carrier networks, customs, and cross-border operations.
- Familiarity with supply technologies, such as WMS, TMS, ERP and automation.
- Connect strategic recommendations with practical operational execution.

Financial/Commercial Acumen
- Advise senior leaders on complex trade-offs involving cost, service, risk, growth, and operational performance.
- Position recommendations based on business value, operational impact, ROI, and long-term strategic objectives.
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial solutions.

Program & Project Leadership
- Lead complex supply chain transformation, network optimization, and operational improvement programs.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and governance.
- Use data to identify opportunities, model scenarios, and support decision-making.
- Drive end-to-end execution from solution development through implementation and benefits realization.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to expected business outcomes.

必須要件：

- サプライチェーンコンサルティング、ビジネス変革、または物流変革の主導経験
- 戦略策定から実行まで、複雑かつ多機能・広域にわたるプログラムを管理した実績
- 海上、航空、陸上輸送、倉庫、配送全般にわたるサプライチェーンおよび物流オペレーションへの深い理解
- 日本および中国のサプライチェーン・物流環境への理解

- 経営層や上級意思決定者と関わり、影響を与えた実績
- 強力な分析能力および問題解決能力。データを活用して戦略的な提言を裏付けた経験
- 英語に加え、日本語または中国語がビジネスレベル以上であること（必須）

Experience & knowledge:
- Proven experience leading supply chain consulting, business transformation, or logistics transformation initiatives.
- Track record of managing complex, cross-functional, and regional programs from strategy through implementation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain & logistics operations across Ocean, Air, Road, Warehousing, and Distribution.
- Familiarity with Japan/China supply chain and logistics landscape.

Attributes:
- Demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience leveraging data to support strategic recommendations.
- Fluency in English and Japanese/Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.

雇用形態: 正社員 (試用期間有)
想定年収：1000～1650万円（年額基本給＋賞与含む）※前職給与と経験を考慮

ハイブリッド勤務： リモート勤務および現場である倉庫での就業
勤務時間: 9：00 - 18：00 （フレックス有り、コアタイム無） 在宅勤務制度有

残業・出張: 固定残業代制（月30時間相当の固定残業代として支給 ※超過分支給有。
