Overseas Risk Management (Manager / Staff level)/ 海外リスク管理（マネージャー／メンバー）【 Japanese Leading Crypto company 】Tokyo 5-10M (#4962)

At this industry-leading cryptocurrency/blockchain company, we are launching a new dedicated role responsible for assessing the soundness of globally traded crypto assets and mitigating risk.

This position will primarily focus on evaluating newly listed crypto assets and IEO projects through whitepaper analysis, as well as conducting English-language research and responding to inquiries. You will perform technical and business risk assessments to help maintain a healthy, transparent market environment.

Responsibilities

- Carefully review and summarize whitepapers for new crypto assets and IEO projects in English
- Communicate with developers and project teams in English to collect information and make inquiries
- Evaluate technical and business risks based on the characteristics of crypto assets, including consensus algorithms, tokenomics, smart contract design, and more
- Prepare risk reports related to pre-listing reviews and ongoing monitoring
- Conduct regular monitoring of existing listed assets and analyze anomalies, proposing response measures when irregularities are detected
- Build and coordinate relationships with overseas projects, including due diligence support
- Work with internal stakeholders such as corporate planning, customer support, and legal teams to develop and implement risk mitigation measures

新規暗号資産の上場審査やIEOプロジェクトにおけるホワイトペーパー読解、英語でのリサーチ・照会対応を中心に、技術的・事業的なリスク評価を行い、健全かつ透明性の高い市場形成を支えていただきます。

業務内容:
- 新規暗号資産やIEO案件に関するホワイトペーパーの精読・要点整理（英語）
- 開発者・プロジェクト運営元への英語での問い合わせ対応・情報収集
- 暗号資産の特性（コンセンサスアルゴリズム、トークノミクス、スマートコントラクト設計等）に基づく技術・事業リスクの評価
- 上場前審査・モニタリングに関するリスクレポートの作成
- 既存銘柄の定期モニタリングおよび異常検知時の分析・対応方針の立案
- 海外プロジェクトとの関係構築・調整（デューデリジェンス対応等）
- 社内関係部門（経営企画・カスタマーサポート・法務等）との連携によるリスク低減措置の策定

変更の範囲：全ての業務への配置転換あり

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of practical experience in risk management or project evaluation
- Experience reading and analyzing whitepapers in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Native-level English reading comprehension and business-level or higher spoken English ability (TOEIC 900 equivalent or above is a guideline)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate smoothly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience handling business emails and inquiries in English, including communication with developers and overseas companies

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of smart contracts, especially on Ethereum and related networks
- Work experience at a cryptocurrency exchange, financial institution, or Web3 startup
- Technical or economic knowledge of cryptocurrencies and Web3
- Skills in data collection and analysis using blockchain explorers, APIs, and similar tools
- Candidates from technical roles or engineering backgrounds who are seeking a career shift into risk assessment
- Working visa in Japan

- 暗号資産やWeb3に関する技術的・経済的な知識
- ブロックチェーンエクスプローラーやAPI等を使ったデータ取得・分析スキル
- 技術職やエンジニア出身でリスク評価業務へのキャリアシフトを希望される方

想定年収：500万円～1000万円 （月間45時間相当のみなし残業手当を含む）

*月額給与の内訳　基本給：308,285円～616,570円

　　固定残業手当：108,382円～216,764円（月45時間相当）
*固定残業手当（45時間）を超える時間外労働、ならびに深夜・休日労働が発生した場合は、法定割増賃金を追加支給
*別途パフォーマンスボーナスあり

就業場所：東京都港区オフィス

勤務時間：9:00～18:00（フレックスタイム制　コアタイム10:00～16:00）
