A major foreign semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Semiconductor Design Support Engineer (CAD/EDA).

In this role, you will support the internal design and development team and contribute to the development of the company’s products. This position not only offers opportunities to gain new knowledge, but also to expand your global career by providing training on EDA tools and related topics.

日本語で部門からの必要なサポートを吸い上げ、英語でレポートする必要があります。
Report Lineはシンガポールとなり、APAC(10名以上)とグローバル(50名以上)に同僚を持つポジションです。

トレーニング等もすべて英語となりますので、ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方を求めております。
（半導体CADのサポート経験・スキル等を考慮した上で、マネージャー登用の可能性が有ります。）

職務概要：

Long term expectation:
- Understands and defines design methodologies across semi-custom design flow.
- Must be able to identify methodology gaps and improvements and provide automation to perform all design activities in the most efficient and correct by construction way.
- Able to evaluate solution from multiple available options, and is able to perform tradeoff between technical features and cost.

Short term expectations:
- Support design team as the first point of contact in case of issues, and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
- Work with R&D in Infineon globally and EDA tool vendors to resolve issues across semi-custom design flow.
- Coordinate with IT and EDA tool license team to provide an infrastructure aligned with project needs.
- To improve significantly the quality, efficiency and time to market Infineon development projects.

必須要件：
- 5年以上の半導体業界におけるEDAツール サポート経験
　あるいは半導体系デザインCADサポート経験（＋自動車MC知識）
- 高専・大卒以上
- ビジネスレベル (Toeic 700点以上)の英語力及び、ビジネスレベル(N2)以上の日本語力をお持ちの方
- 海外での留学経験や就業経験、尚可

- 技術的な内容を整理して分かりやすく説明する能力
- 社内外の人とインタラクティブに会話ができるコミュニケーション能力
- フレンドリーで外交的
- パソコンの基本スキル（Excel、PowerPoint、Outlookなど）

- Over 5 years of EDA tool Support experience in Semiconductor industry
- Good exposure in verification tools from EDA companies
- Knowledgeable in Functional Verification of semi-custom design. This includes expertise in creating test environments, developing test benches, and verifying the functionality and performance of digital and analog mixed signal designs is an advantage.

- Business English Skill (TOEIC 700 points or more)
- Japanese Language Communication Skill (Business level: N2)

雇用形態: 正社員（シニアスタッフ～マネージャーレベル、部下なし）
想定年収：1000～1300万円（年額基本給＋賞与含む）※前職給与と経験を考慮

勤務地: 東京（本社渋谷オフィス）
勤務時間: 9：00 - 17：30 （フレックス有り、コアタイム無） 在宅勤務制度有

残業・出張: 固定残業代制（月40時間相当の固定残業代として支給 ※超過分支給有。 ※管理職の場合は固定残業代制は対象外）
想定残業 15時間／月     国内出張 1-2回/年       海外出張 3-4回/年
