Global Customer Support : Night Shift (Staff to Manager level)【 Japanese Leading Crypto company 】Tokyo 4-8M (#4949)

A global crypto currency company operates across three locations: Japan, the EU, and the US. Therefore, it is essential to establish a customer support structure that complies with the legal and regulatory requirements of each country.

For this position, we are looking for someone who can support and execute support operations for our European and U.S. offices from Japan, and who can handle the full range of tasks including KYC and monitoring.

Job Responsibilities (Translated):

- Execute and support customer support operations related to overseas affiliates (EU, US)
- Review and process new account opening procedures, including KYC
- Review and process cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals
- Handle fiat currency deposit and withdrawal operations
- Respond to various customer inquiries via email, including in English
- Perform ongoing customer due diligence
- Conduct transaction monitoring and filtering operations
- Maintain and translate various operational manuals into English

Scope of changes: The employee may be reassigned to any other duties.

Requirements:
- More than 3 years of work experience at a financial institution (e.g., cryptocurrency exchange, securities company, bank, etc.), regardless of field
- Native-level English proficiency and business experience using English (including reading, writing, and speaking) for at least 1 year
- Basic knowledge of AML/CFT
- Nice to have: Business communication ability in French/Japanese

想定年収：400万円～800万円 （月間45時間相当のみなし残業手当を含む）

*月額給与の内訳　基本給：246,628円～493,256円　　固定残業手当：86,706円～173,411円（月45時間相当）
*固定残業手当（45時間）を超える時間外労働、ならびに深夜・休日労働が発生した場合は、法定割増賃金を追加支給
*別途パフォーマンスボーナスあり
