A global Japanese Semiconductor company is currently scaling up their in-house capabilities for their globally integrated authentication and identity infrastructure. They are seeking two IT engineers to join the team and deepen their expertise in identity management, with a primary focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO (SAML/OIDC), and Active Directory.

同社では現在、グローバルに統合された認証・ID管理基盤の内製化を強化しており、Microsoft Entra ID（Azure AD）、SSO (SAML/OIDC)、Active Directory を中心としたアイデンティティ領域における専門性を拡充するため、2名のエンジニアを募集されています。ご自身の強みや経験領域に応じて、担当範囲は柔軟に調整が可能です。

職務概要： 以下の業務のうち、強み・経験に応じた領域を担当いただきます。- Microsoft Entra ID（Azure AD）および Active Directory を中心とした ID 基盤の設計・構築・運用
- Entra ID / ADFS / Shibboleth 等の IdP と社内外アプリケーションとの SSO（SAML / OpenID Connect）設定およびトラブルシューティング
- SCIM を用いたユーザー・グループプロビジョニングの設計／運用
- MFA, Conditional Access など Zero Trust コンポーネントの設計・改善
- PowerShell や API を用いた認証基盤運用の自動化
- 認証ログ分析、セキュリティ面を含むユーザー・アクセス管理の改善提案
- 海外メンバーとの英語での協業（メール・ドキュメント作成・オンライン会議）
- 外部利用者向け CIAM（Entra External ID）基盤設計／運用

JD (translated): You will be responsible for areas aligned with your strengths and experience among the following duties:
- Designing, building, and operating identity infrastructure centered on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Configuring and troubleshooting SSO (SAML / OpenID Connect) between IdPs such as Entra ID / ADFS / Shibboleth and internal/external applications
- Designing and operating user and group provisioning using SCIM
- Designing and improving Zero Trust components such as MFA and Conditional Access
- Automating identity infrastructure operations using PowerShell and APIs
- Analyzing authentication logs and proposing improvements to user and access management, including security aspects
- Collaborating in English with overseas team members (email communication, document creation, online meetings)
- Designing and operating CIAM infrastructure for external users (Entra External ID)

Requirements
- ２年以上のMicrosoft Entra ID（Azure AD）または Active Directory の運用経験
- SAML または OpenID Connect のいずれかを扱った経験
- PowerShell などを使った基本的な運用経験

- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語・英語力をお持ちの方
日本語：ビジネスレベル、英語：メール・文書の読み書きに抵抗がないこと（高度な会話力は不要）

以下の経験があれば、尚可
- Entra ID / AD の高度な管理（Conditional Access、PIM、MFA など）
- シングルサインオン（SAML、OIDC、OAuth）に関する理解・実務経験
- SCIM を使ったプロビジョニングの経験
- 認証ログ解析・トラブルシュート経験
- Zero Trust（MFA / CA / IdP ファースト）の構成経験
- Privileged Access Management の運用経験
- CIAM（Entra External ID）に興味がある／経験がある
- Microsoft Graph API を使った運用自動化
- ITIL に沿った運用経験
- セキュリティや監査（J-SOX / ITGC）対応経験


Requirements (translated)：

勤務地：在宅勤務 / 東京本社
（出社が発生する場合に出張対応できることが条件で、地方からのフルリモートワーク可能）  
海外在住者は国内への転居が求められます。
