職務概要(翻訳)：

輸出管理コンプライアンス
- 日本、米国、EU、ドイツなどの国内外の輸出管理規制および対テロ関連法令を遵守する
- 輸出許可の管理を行い、輸出管理ガイドラインを業務プロセスおよびITシステムに組み込むこと

- コントロールおよびモニタリング業務: 製品、技術、ソフトウェアの正確な分類を確実に行い、輸出管理規制に準拠して、保留中の受注、出荷、または技術移転の適時承認を管理する
- アドバイザリーサポート: 日本国内の各事業部門に対し、輸出管理に関する専門的な助言を提供し、必要に応じてオペレーション業務のバックアップを行う
- 研修・啓発活動: チームや各拠点の従業員向けに研修プログラムを設計・実施し、輸出管理コンプライアンス意識の向上を図る
- 監査およびコンプライアンス管理: 内部・外部の輸出コンプライアンス監査における主要な窓口となる
- 業務改革・連携: 輸出管理のデジタル化施策を主導し、地域のコンプライアンスワークショップにおいて日本を代表する

Key Responsibilities:

Export Control Compliance
- Ensure adherence to national and global export control regulations (e.g. JP, US, EU, German) and anti-terrorism laws.
- Manage export licenses, integrating export controls guidelines into processes and IT systems.

Controlling and Monitoring Activities
- Ensure the accurate classification of goods, technology, and software, and oversee the timely approval of blocked orders, shipments, or technology transfers in compliance with export control regulations.

Advisory Support
- Offer expert guidance for export control issues across business units in Japan and act as a backup for operations when needed.

Training and Awareness
- Designed and conduct training programs for teams / site employees, building export compliance awareness

Audit and Compliance Management
- primary point of contact for internal and external export compliance audits

Process Innovation and Collaboration
- Lead export control digitalization initiatives and represent Japan in regional compliance workshops.

必須要件：
- 5年以上の輸出管理プロセスのリード/推進経験（分類、許認可、制限対象者スクリーニング等を含む）
- 日本の輸出管理法および国際的な輸出管理規制に精通している方
- 大学卒業

- ビジネスレベル以上の英語・日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力（会話・文書）
（部門横断の関係者と円滑にやり取りし、多国籍環境で効果的に協働できること）
- 分析的思考力と主体的な問題解決能力
（自ら積極的に行動し、変化する状況に適応しながら、課題解決に向けて目標志向で取り組めること）

- 日本特有の輸出関連法規制に関する高い専門知識
- 国際的な貿易管理規制（EU、米国EARなど）に関する十分な知識
- 制限対象者スクリーニング、輸出管理分類、ライセンス申請に関する十分な知識

- More than 5 years’ experience in driving export control process including classification, licensing, restricted party screening, etc. (Well-versed in Japan export control laws & International export control regulations)
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English & Japanese: Proficiency in engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating effectively in multinational environment
- Analytical Thinking and Proactive Problem-Solving: Proven ability to take initiative, adapt to changing circumstances, and remain goal-oriented in resolving challenges.

- Strong expertise in Japan-specific export laws and regulations
- Good knowledge of international trade control regulations (EU, US EAR, etc.)
- Good knowledge of restricted party screening, export control classifications and license applications.
- Academic background : University graduate  

雇用形態: 正社員（マネージャーレベル）
想定年収：920～11000万円（年額基本給＋賞与含む）※前職給与と経験を考慮

勤務地: 東京（本社渋谷オフィス）
勤務時間: 9：00 - 17：30 （フレックス有り、コアタイム無） 在宅勤務制度有

残業・出張: 固定残業代制（月40時間相当の固定残業代として支給 ※超過分支給有。 ※管理職の場合は固定残業代制は対象外）
想定残業 20時間／月     国内出張 1回/2年       海外出張 1回/1年程度
