APACのチームに所属し、ハイブリッド勤務（リモートと倉庫)のポジションです。
倉庫環境における先進的なAI駆動型自動化ソリューションの設計・開発・最適化を支援する重要な役割を担います。
先輩アーキテクトおよびクロスファンクショナルチームと密接に連携し、スケーラブルで効率的なソリューションを提供し、オペレーションに最大限の価値をもたらします。このポジションには、強固な技術力と複雑なシステムのトラブルシューティング、機能開発への貢献能力が求められます。
 

職務概要：
- アーキテクトと連携し、倉庫業務向け革新的なAI駆動型自動化ソリューションの分析・設計を行う
- Pythonベースのスクリプト、自動化ツール、インターフェースを開発・最適化し、システム性能を向上
- 運用要件および性能指標を満たす自動化ソリューションの徹底的なテスト・デバッグを実施
- AI、ロボティクス、コンピュータビジョン技術を倉庫管理システムに統合
- クロスファンクショナルチームと協働し、各種プラットフォーム間での自動化システムのシームレスな統合を確保
- ジュニアメンバーへの技術指導およびメンタリングを提供
- 自動化ソリューションの円滑な運用を保証する自動監視・レポートシステムを開発
- システムアーキテクチャ、機能要件、技術プロセスのドキュメント作成を支援

POSITION SUMMARY
The Automation and Innovation Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and optimization of advanced AI-driven automation solutions in warehouse environments. You will work closely with senior architects and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are scalable, efficient, and deliver maximum value to operations. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and contribute to feature development.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES    

- Analyze and design innovative AI-powered automation solutions for warehouse operations in collaboration with senior architects.
- Develop and optimize Python-based scripts, automation tools, and interfaces to enhance system performance.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure they meet operational requirements and performance metrics.
- Assist in integrating AI, robotics, and computer vision technologies into warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems across various platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Develop automated monitoring and reporting systems to ensure smooth operation of automation solutions.
- Assist in documenting system architectures, feature requests, and technical processes.

必須要件：
- 3年以上の自動化、ロボティクス、AIまたは関連分野で実務経験
- コンピュータサイエンス、ロボティクス、工学または関連技術分野の学士号または修士号
- 日本語が流暢レベル以上で、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力をお持ちの方

- Pythonの強固なプログラミングスキルおよび自動化フレームワークの経験
- AI、ディープラーニング、コンピュータビジョン技術の経験
- API統合およびスケーラブルな自動化ソリューション開発の実務経験
- データベースソリューション（MongoDB、SQLite、JSON等）およびシステムセキュリティプロトコルの知識

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or related technical fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in automation, robotics, AI, or related fields.
- More than Fluent level in Japanese and more than Business level in English

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with automation frameworks.
- Experience with AI, deep learning, and computer vision technologies.
- Hands-on experience in integrating APIs and developing scalable automation solutions.
- Knowledge of database solutions (e.g., MongoDB, SQLite, JSON) and system security protocols.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive technical solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for innovative technologies and a continuous learning mindset.

雇用形態: 正社員 (試用期間有)
想定年収：700～1100万円（年額基本給＋賞与含む）※前職給与と経験を考慮

ハイブリッド勤務：　リモート勤務および現場である倉庫での就業
勤務時間: 9：00 - 18：00 （フレックス有り、コアタイム無） 在宅勤務制度有

残業・出張: 固定残業代制（月30時間相当の固定残業代として支給 ※超過分支給有。
