外資系大手ロジスティクス企業が、オートメーション & イノベーション アナリスト （IT職）を募集しております。

APACのチームに所属し、ハイブリッド勤務（リモートと倉庫)のポジションです。
革新的なAI駆動型倉庫・自動化ソリューションの開発・統合をサポートする、意欲的で高いモチベーションを持つオートメーション＆イノベーション・アナリストを募集しております。

エントリーレベルの候補者を求めており、AI、ロボティクス、自動化といった先端技術に情熱を持ち、倉庫業務の最適化に関する実践経験を積みたい方に向けています。先輩メンバーと協力し、自動化プロジェクトの構想から実装までをサポートして頂きます。

職務において開発・コーディングはほとんどなく、オートメーション機能の評価・導入が主業務となり、PLCラダーチャートが読める方を求めております。生産技術の経験やファクトリーオートメーション関連経験をお持ちの方は歓迎です。

職務概要：
- 倉庫環境における自動化ソリューションのユーザー要件収集・分析サポート
- AI駆動型自動化システム（ロボティクス、ディープラーニング、コンピュータビジョン技術を含む）の開発に貢献
- Pythonおよび関連技術を活用したデータパイプラインと自動化ツールの作成支援
- 機能要件および性能基準を満たすための基本的なテスト・トラブルシューティング実施
- クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、既存ワークフロー・プロセスへの自動化ソリューション統合を支援
- バックエンドシステムと連携するユーザー向けウェブインターフェースおよびAPIの開発支援
- 技術プロセスおよびシステム構成のドキュメント作成に貢献
- 既存自動化ソリューションの保守・最適化に参加し、システム効率を向上

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an eager and highly motivated Automation and Innovation Analyst to assist in the development and integration of cutting-edge AI-powered warehouse automation solutions.
This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are passionate about emerging technologies like AI, robotics, and automation and want to gain hands-on experience in optimizing warehouse operations. You will collaborate with senior team members to support automation projects, from idealization to implementation.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES    

- Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements for automation solutions in warehouse environments.
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven automation systems, including robotics, deep learning, and computer vision technologies.
- Support the creation of data pipelines and automation tools using Python and other relevant technologies.
- Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting to ensure the systems meet functional requirements and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing workflows and processes.
- Assist in the development of user-facing web interfaces and APIs to interact with backend systems.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical processes and system configurations.
- Participate in maintaining and optimizing existing automation solutions to improve system efficiency.

必須要件：
- AI、機械学習、ロボティクス、または自動化技術に関する経験
- 日本語が流暢レベル以上で、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力をお持ちの方
- Pythonの基礎知識および基本的なプログラミング概念の理解
- ロジスティクスおよびサプライチェーン管理システムへの強い関心

- 学歴：コンピュータサイエンス、工学、ロボティクス、または関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方
- 優れた問題解決力および分析力
- ダイナミックな環境でチームと協働し、迅速に学習する能力

- More than Fluent in Japanese and Business level in English
- Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with basic programming concepts.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, robotics, or automation technologies.
- Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management systems.
- Academic Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

雇用形態: 正社員 (試用期間有)
想定年収：500～700万円（年額基本給＋賞与含む）※前職給与と経験を考慮

ハイブリッド勤務：　リモート勤務および現場である倉庫での就業
勤務時間: 9：00 - 18：00 （フレックス有り、コアタイム無） 在宅勤務制度有

残業・出張: 固定残業代制（月30時間相当の固定残業代として支給 ※超過分支給有。
