Field Application Engineering Manager

Location: Tokyo

Salary: 15-20M JPY plus RSU's.

HQ - U.S. East Coast

The role requires a highly motivated, customer oriented, Senior FAE or FAE Manager with experience supporting Industrial or Automotive accounts.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the FAE Manager role is to proactively support adaptation of Company technology and solutions into projects for various markets and customers and to generate revenue.

Manage a team of 4 FAE’s covering industry segments such as automotive, industrial and related accounts

This involves strategic coordination with their assigned sales managers, FAE’s, marketing communication manager and inside sales representative, business units and other related internal teams. Providing pre- and post-technical support including product selection based on the customer's application needs, product installation Assistance from an electrical, mechanical and thermal aspect, and troubleshooting customer systems.

Minimum Requirements:

The candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent,

a minimum of 5 years related experience in either analog/power supply design or

Analog based applications engineering, capable electronic technician skills,

Excellent understanding of analog design and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Both English Business level and Japanese fluent needed
