  • Sr. Account management for Key Accounts
  • Formulation and execution of long-term revenue growth strategies
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple layers at Key Account (Executive Officers / Division Heads, Department Managers, Section Managers)
  • Annual budget planning, KPI and risk management
  • Advanced coordination with internal and external stakeholders

 

Skills & Experience

    • Sales experience in the semiconductor industry (10+ years), with proven experience managing major accounts
    • Track record in strategic sales and long-term agreement (LTA) negotiations
    • Experience in proposing automotive systems
    • Experience managing large-scale projects
    • Presentation and negotiation skills in English
    • Knowledge of business analysis and profitability improvement
    • Experience in quality issue handling
