エンドユーザー・コンピューティング（EUC）チームをリードし、エンドユーザー向けコンピューティングプラットフォームのデザイン・展開・サポートを統括して頂きます。デスクトップおよびモバイルデバイス管理が含まれます。

職務概要：
- 組織全体におけるエンドユーザー・コンピューティング（EUC）戦略および基準の定義と実施
- SCCMを用いてOSの展開、パッチ管理、ソフトウェア配布を管理
- MDMソリューション（Intune）を用いてモバイルデバイスの設定およびコンプライアンスを管理
- エンドユーザー・コンピューティング（EUC）関連プロジェクトをリードし、クロスファンクショナルチームとの連携を推進
- エンドユーザー・コンピューティングサポートチームへの技術的リーダーシップとメンタリングを提供
- エンドポイントセキュリティと企業ポリシーへの準拠を確保
- エンドユーザー・デバイスのライフサイクル（調達、展開、廃棄）を管理

Domain: End User Computing (EUC), SCCM, MDM Intune, iPhone/iPad

Role Summary:
Leads the EUC tower, overseeing the design, deployment, and support of end-user computing platforms, including desktop and mobile device management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement EUC strategies and standards across the organization.
- Manage SCCM for OS deployment, patching, and software distribution.
- Administer MDM solutions (Intune) for mobile device configuration and compliance.
- Lead EUC-related projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the EUC support team.
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance with corporate policies.
- Manage lifecycle of end-user devices (procurement, deployment, retirement).
 

必須要件:

- 8年以上のデスクトップサポート／エンドユーザー・コンピューティング（EUC）またはデスクトップエンジニアリング経験をお持ちで、2年以上のリーダー経験をお持ちの方
- Microsoft SCCM/MECMおよびIntuneに関する専門知識
- Windows OS、iOS、およびモバイルデバイスエコシステムに関する深い理解
- エンドポイントセキュリティ、パッチ管理、コンプライアンスの経験
- リーダーシップおよびプロジェクト管理スキル

- 日本語が流暢レベル以上(N2以上)で、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力をお持ちの方
- 日本文化の文脈とグローバル環境の双方でステークホルダー管理スキルを有すること

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- 8+ years in Desktop Support / EUC or desktop engineering roles, with 2+ years in a lead capacity
- Expertise in Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Intune.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, iOS, and mobile device ecosystems.
- Experience with endpoint security, patch management, and compliance.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English (Fluent in Japanese and English).
- Strong stakeholder management skills in both Japanese cultural contexts and global environments.

想定給与 800万円～1200万円 ※別途、インセンティブ（成績に応じて支給額を決定）支給
雇用形態：正社員　(転職回数の多い方は1年契約の契約社員スタートの可能性あり)

勤務時間　9：00～18：00（実働8時間）
休日休暇：完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始（3～5日）、GW、長期休暇、有給休暇（初年度16日）
※年間休日125日以上 ※プロジェクトによっては長期休暇と有給休暇を組み合わせ、2～3週間の休暇取得可能
