Regional Sales Manager

• An experienced RSM with a good knowledge of the industry and connections with consumer, industrial and automotive customers and focusing on the following products.

·  Antennas (cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/GNSS)

·  IoT antennas (for connected sensors and devices)

·  Automotive antennas (connected cars, telematics, ADAS

• A positive attitude and the ability to close deals.
• The ability to build social relations with both customers and channel partners.
• The capability to deal with channel partners (e.g., Ryoyo, Nexty)
• Working closely with our existing RSM, they are open to either splitting the territory in Japan or opting for account base arrangement.
• The new RSM will report to the VP of Sales - APAC.
• Candidate should be able to communicate with our engineering, Product Marketing, and Operation teams in TW.
• Dedicated CS in Taiwan who speaks Japanese.
• English is mandatory (Chinese as a third language is a plus but not essential).
• Expectations, the new RSM to bring in $2MUS worth of business within two years.
• Numerous partnerships with wireless module vendors which will help the new RSM identify and close new opportunities, as well as work on existing ones in their sales pipeline.
• As part of the induction process, the new RSM will be flown to their Taiwan offices for a full week.

Salary – 12-15M JPY

This is a 100% WFH or remote role
