Semiconductor Global Key Account Manager (GAM)

Job Overview

• Drive customer, EMS & OEMs and distributors to achieve an aligned target of design wins and revenue as an Account Sales Manager while handling demand fulfillment management.
• If the customer is a Japanese company with a global presence, then will work with other regions to achieve targets.
• Create strategic account plans and align with Marketing & Business Units and GAM’s based on TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Take responsibility to report account activities and forecasts on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as an Account Manager of Key Accounts.
• Consumer electronics sales account management experience. (Except Automotive business)
• Native level Japanese skills.
• Business level English skills.
• Basic PC skills.

Required Skills & Experience

• Drive & manage demand creation Activities with Marketing teams, Engineering teams and Headquarters to achieve design wins and revenue targets.
• Make specific account plans with Global Account Managers to execute plans and maximize potential revenue.
• Relationship building with customer stakeholders and management future long term account penetration to maximize business opportunities.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in the electronics industry.

年収: 950-1250万円（年額基本給＋賞与含む）※前職給与と経験を考慮

勤務地: 東京オフィス

勤務時間: 9：00 - 17：30 （フレックス有り、コアタイム無）在宅勤務制度有

残業・出張

固定残業代制（月40時間相当の固定残業代として支給 ※超過分支給有。

※管理職の場合は固定残業代制は対象外）

平均30時間/月、海外出張（1年に3回程度）、国内出張（ 月2回程度）
