Customer Quality Management Position for Automotive (Location: Tokyo)

Location preference: Tokyo

Work experience: 5+ years

 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Understand and manage customer expectations for best-in-class Customer Satisfaction ratings, balancing vs profitability.

Manage Customer relationships globally with focus on targets, performance, and customer-driven Quality improvement initiatives.

Facilitate topic closures in best interest of all parties in alignment with other relevant functions and partners.

Gating interface for incoming inquiries and outgoing communication (including FAR 8D’s) related to M9-released products.

Responsible for QMR customer communication and support for customer impact analysis and mitigation (to minimize field exposure).

Management of customer escalation and communication strategy globally.

Support on risk assessment and advisor on risk releases decision to BL QM heads.

Promote quality throughout the customer journey.

Coordinate and support Customer Audits and Visit requests.

 

Ideal Candidate:

Semiconductor device or Process knowledge.

Customer communication experience with engineering background or equivalent experience in the business.

 

Language & Education:

Japanese - Native level

English - Professional working ability is a plus.

Self-development and active self-study.

Good understanding conflict management.

High stress tolerance. High sense of balance.

Bachelor/ Master’s degree
