同社では、ビジネスアナリストを募集しています。ビジネスアナリストは、ビジネスプロセスの評価、詳細なビジネス要件分析、文書化プロセス、ビジネスユーザーとの要件およびソリューションの承認、顧客調整などの経験があり、できれば航空/旅行関連分野で、日英のバイリンガルスキルを持つ日本語ネイティブの候補者を対象としています。

主な職務
- 顧客、当社のサービスデリバリーチーム、その他の協力会社やグループとのやり取りや調整
- 英語と日本語での文書作成
- ミーティングサポート
- テスト（テストケース、テストシナリオ、テスト実行など）
- 上記業務の翻訳、通訳、文書作成
- 適切な提案と倫理的な営業方法、関連する社内連絡を通じて、顧客との関係を維持・発展させ、サービスの質、ビジネスの成長、顧客と満足度を最適化する
- 上記に関連し、会社から適宜割り当てられるその他の関連業務

The company is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in evaluating business processes, performing detailed business requirement analysis, documentation process, endorsing requirements and solutions with business users, customer coordination, preferably Airline/Travel related area, for Japanese customers with strong bilingual (Japanese and English) skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interact and co-ordinate with Customer, the company's Service Delivery team, other subcontractors and groups.
- Documentation Creation in both English and Japanese
- Meeting support
- Testing (i.e. Test case, Test scenario, Test execution)
- Translation/interpretation and documentation as part of the above
- Maintain and develop the client relationship through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
- Any other relevant tasks in relation to the above as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

- 2年以上のITシステムにおけるビジネスアナリスト経験（できれば航空/旅行関連分野）
- 現在日本在住で、東京オフィスでの対面面接が可能な方

- 日本語ネイティブ
- 日本語と英語に堪能であること（TOEIC850点以上が望ましい）
- チームや顧客と積極的に交流できる方
- 職務実績のある方

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst IT systems, preferably Airline/Travel related area.
- A proven, successful track record.
- Currently reside in Japan and can have face to face interviews at Tokyo Office

- Native Japanese
- Good command of Japanese and English (preferably TOEIC 850 or above)
- Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively

雇用形態：正社員 (試用期間 入社日より3ヶ月間)
サラリー：500万円～900万円　（能力・スキル等により決定）
休日 土・日、祝日、12月30日～1月3日 - 休暇：年次有給休暇（15日）、年次病気休暇（6日）
