着実な成長を続ける外資系・大手FMCG企業(食品・飲料企業)が、FMCG業界におけるセールス/マーケティング経験とチームビルディング/能力開発経験をお持ちのバイリンガルを求めております。
This position is responsible for the Customer Value Creation strategy development and excellent execution especially at key top retail customers.
80% of our business is consist with approx. 150 customer. Firstly, we need to have strong ‘customer value creation’ strategy, plans and the selling story to make us a strong partner with strategic customer.
To do so, this position needs to develop customer value creation selling story which focused on distribution and shelving by synchronizing brand selling story which developed by sales strategy & G2M team for key channel & customer.
At key strategic customer, we will penetrate more in helping customer category growth by leveraging existing capability in Japan as well as global knowledge & networking as Point of Difference from other domestic players.
Also, customer prioritization & classification to appropriately allocate our limited resources to where we expect faster growth than other customer.
Requirements
- Solid Sales or Marketing experience in FMCG
- Experience of team building and capability development
- Good understanding of Japanese retail landscape and shopper
- Global framework deployment experience
- Understanding of basic financials (components of P&L)
- Native level of written and spoken Japanese and intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
