職務概要：
- ステークホルダーの要件やビジネスニーズを満たす、スケーラブルで効率的なレポートソリューションの設計と実装を担当
- ステークホルダーと密接に協力し、要件を理解し、ソリューションを設計し、プロジェクトの実装とデリバリーを成功させます

- ステークホルダーと協力し、レポーティングとアナリティクスのビジネス要件を収集、文書化する

A leading Japanese semiconductor company is looking for a talented and experienced Reporting Solutions Architect to join our global AI, Data & Analytics team to help deliver data solutions.  You will be the expert and champion for promoting the use of our data technologies throughout the company globally.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient report solutions that meet the requirements and business needs of our stakeholders.  You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.

You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions on a global scale.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to stakeholders
- Actively promote the use of reporting technologies
- Work closely with Data Engineering team to implement data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation necessary for reporting
- Stay current on the latest industry trends, developments, and best practices related to reporting, analytics, and business intelligence

- 3年以上のデータエンジニア、あるいは関連経験をお持ちの方
- ソリューションアーキテクト、データアーキテクト、またはレポーティングとアナリティクスに重点を置いた同様の職務としての実績ある経験
- コンピュータサイエンス、情報システムの学士号、または関連アカデミックバックグランド

- Power BI、DAX、Power M言語、データモデリング技術の詳細な理解
- ビジネス要件を収集・解釈し、技術仕様に変換する能力
- SQLおよびリレーショナルデータベースの知識

- Power BIまたはその他のデータ可視化ツールの認定資格
- Tableau、Qlik、SSRSなどのBIツールの使用経験
- データウェアハウス、ETL、データ統合の経験
- データ分析および統計の知識
- アジャイルまたはスクラム手法の経験

<Must Have>
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or more than 3 years of related experience
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Architect or similar role with a focus on reporting and analytics
- Ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Detailed understanding of Power BI, DAX, Power M language, and data modeling techniques
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
 
<Preferred>
- Certification in Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Experience in other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or SSRS
- Experience in data warehousing, ETL, or data integration
- Knowledge of data analysis and statistics
- Experience in agile or scrum methodologies
 
<Soft skills>
- Strong communication skills, whiteboarding skills, and ability to clearly communicate well in both written and spoken English.
- Japanese language fluency is mandatory
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and willing to take challenges
- Willing to work in different time zones when needed as many of our colleagues and business users are in different offices in the world

想定年収：650～850万円＋ボーナス
勤務地：在宅勤務/東京本社 （出社が発生する場合に出張対応できることが条件で、地方からのフルリモートワーク可能）  
海外在住者は国内への転居が求められます。

勤務時間: 9:00～17:30 　休憩時間：1時間
